Product Warranty

GETGADGET LLC warrants that new products purchased from https://getgadget.xyz are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods below when used as directed. Contact info@getgadget.xyz.

1. Coverage periods

• Humidifiers, air purifiers, and sound machines: two (2) years from the original delivery date.
• Filtered showerheads, handhelds, tub filters, and faucet filters: one (1) year from delivery.
• Aroma diffusers: one (1) year from delivery.
• Consumables (filters, cartridges, aroma oils, linen spray): covered only for defects on arrival, not for normal use or depletion.

2. What we will do

If a covered defect appears, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at our option. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished to equivalent performance.

3. What is not covered

• Normal wear, mineral buildup, clogged filters, or depleted cartridges.
• Damage from hard water without recommended cleaning, or from essential oils poured into tanks not designed for them.
• Damage from drops, freeze, improper voltage, or third-party modifications.
• Commercial or rental use unless we sold the unit for that purpose in writing.
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

4. How to make a claim

Email info@getgadget.xyz with your order number, a short description, and photos or a video of the issue. Do not return a unit until we send instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Relation to returns

The 60-day returns window is separate from this warranty. After 60 days, this warranty is the path for manufacturing defects. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
