Welcome to GETGADGET. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to https://getgadget.xyz and purchases from GETGADGET LLC (“GETGADGET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges, and Product Warranty pages.
1. Company and contact
GETGADGET LLC sells humidifiers, filtered showerheads, tub and faucet filters, air purifiers, sound machines, aroma diffusers, and related accessories online. Customer contact: info@getgadget.xyz.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to buy from the Site. If you buy on behalf of a household or gift recipient, you confirm you are authorized to provide the shipping details you enter.
3. Site content and product information
We work to keep product titles, finishes, filter types, and compatibility notes accurate. Performance varies by water quality, room size, maintenance, and how often you replace cartridges. Photos are illustrative; packaging, included accessories, and finishes may change as we update models. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
4. Account registration
Some Site features allow an account so you can save addresses and view orders. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@getgadget.xyz of suspected unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear abusive or fraudulent.
5. Placing orders
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase at the listed price and any taxes shown at checkout.
- We may accept, decline, or cancel orders for reasons including stock limits, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or pricing mistakes.
- Title and risk generally transfer upon carrier handover, except where local law says otherwise.
- Pre-orders and backorders ship when inventory arrives; we will email you if timing changes materially.
6. Pricing and promotions
Prices are in USD unless noted. Promotions, bundle discounts, and free-shipping offers have stated conditions and may expire or change. Only one promotional code typically applies unless we say otherwise. Subscribe-and-save pricing, if offered, continues until you skip, swap, or cancel according to the program terms shown at signup.
7. Payments
We use third-party processors to handle card and other payment methods. By paying, you authorize charges for your order and any permitted adjustments (for example, shipping upgrades you select). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
8. Shipping, returns, and warranties
Delivery windows and carrier options appear in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Returns and exchanges are described in Returns & Exchanges. Limited product warranties are described in Product Warranty. Keep your order confirmation and, where applicable, serial numbers for support.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt to harvest customer data, interfere with security features, scrape the catalog at a volume that degrades service, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.
10. Intellectual property
All Site text, graphics, logos, product names, and product media are owned by GETGADGET LLC or its licensors. Personal use for shopping is allowed. You may not copy, republish, or commercially scrape the catalog without our written permission.
11. User content
If you submit a review, photo, or support message, you grant GETGADGET LLC a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate and improve the Site, including displaying reviews. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful or infringing.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS PRODUCT WARRANTY WE PROVIDE IN WRITING ON THE PRODUCT WARRANTY PAGE, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GETGADGET LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places, the disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GETGADGET LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GETGADGET LLC FOR THE PRODUCTS AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such a limit is prohibited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GETGADGET LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide stronger protections. You and GETGADGET LLC agree that courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States will hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms by updating this page. Changes apply to Site use and orders placed after the update.
