GETGADGET LLC (“GETGADGET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit https://getgadget.xyz, create an account, join our newsletter, or buy humidifiers, shower filters, air purifiers, sound machines, aromatherapy, and related accessories (together, the “Site”).
1. Who we are
GETGADGET LLC is a U.S. company that sells home wellness gadgets online. Customer contact: info@getgadget.xyz. This notice is written for household shoppers and gift purchasers. Companion apps or filter-subscription tools operated by third parties, if we add them later, will have their own notices.
2. Categories of personal information
We may process:
- Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address;

9. Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart, checkout, and login session working. Analytics cookies help us understand which product categories perform well. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from completing.
10. Children
The Site is for adult purchasers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, email info@getgadget.xyz and we will delete it.
11. Cross-border processing
GETGADGET LLC operates from the United States. Customer information may be stored or processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our providers maintain facilities. Those countries may have different data-protection rules than your home country.
