How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders typically process in 1–3 business days. U.S. transit is usually 2–7 business days after that. You will get a tracking email when the carrier scans the box. See Shipping Policy for details.

Do I need a plumber for the shower filters?

No. The fixed and mini heads thread onto a standard shower arm. The handheld uses the same connection plus a hose. The tub and faucet filters clip or screw on without cutting pipe.

How often do I change filters?

Humidifier cartridges are typically 2–3 months in daily use. Shower cartridges last until the indicator fades — often 3–4 months depending on water hardness. Purifier filters are labeled on the unit. Buy a pack on the Filters page so you are not scrambling.

Will the humidifier get moldy?

The basin is designed to empty and run a dry cycle when water is gone, so it does not sit stagnant. You still should rinse the tank on a regular schedule, especially in hard-water homes. Do not leave essential oils in a tank that is not specified for aroma.

Are GETGADGET products FSA or HSA eligible?

Many customers purchase humidifiers and air purifiers with FSA or HSA cards. Eligibility depends on your plan and sometimes a letter of medical necessity. See our FSA/HSA page and confirm with your administrator.

How do I start a return?

Email info@getgadget.xyz with your order number within 60 days of U.S. delivery. Unused filters that have been installed are not returnable. Full rules are on Returns & Exchanges.

Do you have retail stores?

GETGADGET is online-only. We ship across the U.S. There is no store locator because we do not operate walk-in locations.
